SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order be shipped?
For your orders:
- If payment is made via Wire Transfer (Havale), after bank confirmation is received;
- If payment is made via Credit Card or Debit Card, after payment confirmation is received;
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are handed over to the shipping company on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day at the latest.
No deliveries are made on religious and official holidays.
In case of any possible delays, you will be informed via the contact channels registered in your membership details. Therefore, it is important to fill in your membership information completely and accurately.
Which shipping company will my order be sent with?
Your orders are delivered quickly and safely via Aras Kargo.
How much is the shipping fee? When is it free?
Shipping is free for all purchases made through www.cnmautoparts.com.
What should I do if my order arrives when I am not there?
If you are not at the specified address during delivery, your order will be redirected to the nearest shipping branch, and a notification note will be left at your address.
You must collect your package from the relevant branch within 3 days. Orders not collected within this period will be returned to our company.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment via Wire Transfer / EFT
Apart from paying by card, you can also perform your payment via bank transfer or EFT method if you wish.
After completing your order process with the “Wire Transfer/EFT” option, simply send the order amount to our bank account below, writing your order number in the description section.
Your order will be shipped after your payment is confirmed.

If a product you purchased is out of stock for any reason:
Although rare, a systemic simultaneous order situation may occur. In such cases, if the same product is purchased by multiple people at the same time and the stock is insufficient, an information e-mail explaining the situation will be sent to you, and the following options will be presented:
- You can cancel the order and receive a refund.
- We can exchange it with a similar product in stock.
- If the product is going to be restocked, you can wait for it to be sent when the stock is renewed.
