However, in cases where a longer or shorter period is foreseen mandatorily within the scope of legal legislation, the data will continue to remain in the system for the period specified in the legislation.
Pursuant to the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; records regarding the withdrawal of consent will be kept for 1 year from this date, and the content of the commercial electronic message and all other records regarding the post will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary.
Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6100, data within the scope of this law will be kept for 10 years.
After these periods have passed and all conditions for processing personal data have ceased to exist, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company or upon your request.
Article 7: To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
7.1. Sharing Personal Data with Official Authorities
