60Day Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned with its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, documentation and labels
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Free Return Shipping

For approved returns, CNM AUTO PARTS provides free return shipping.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 7 days after delivery.

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Not have been installed
  • Not show signs of misuse
  • Not be modified or damaged by the customer
  • Be properly packaged for transport

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications
  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Products modified after delivery

Important Compatibility Notice

Please verify your vehicle compatibility and OEM part number before installation.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.

Products that have been installed cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be defective.

Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by:

  • Our shipping error
  • A manufacturing defect
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product

CNM AUTO PARTS will cover all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer’s country.
