When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend are prepared and handed over to the cargo company within 2 business days.
Shipping is free for all orders.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

You can easily track the status of your order and see if it has been shipped from the “My Orders” page on our website.

How will my package be delivered if I am not at home, and how can I access it?

If your order could not be delivered because you were not at the delivery address, your package will be redirected to the nearest shipping branch and held there for 3 days.
During this period, you can go to the shipping branch and collect your product with your ID card.
Products not collected within 3 days are returned to our company.

What should I pay attention to when receiving my package?

When receiving the product, please check if there is any damage on the package such as crushing, tearing, or wetness.
If the package is damaged, it is important that you do not accept the product and ensure that the cargo officer keeps a damage assessment report (damage report).

What is the refund period in case of order cancellation?

When you cancel your order or return a product, your money will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days from the time the product reaches us.
